DETAILS: If you are a group of 4, 5 or 6 students we provide a student focused service offering high quality houses in Manor House N4. The main viewing period is the February to May before the summer term, so viewings and reservations for tenancies starting in August 2010 will now commence in February 2010. Last year we had over 170 students attend some viewings, so please register early on and speak to us between February and April for advice and information. It is more important than ever that students paying money in February, March or April know that their landlord will still be trading in August and that their accommodation will be available on their return after the summer break. Our "student-solutions" properties offer main bathroom with at least one additional shower room (and up to three additional shower rooms in larger houses) with each student having own bedroom with double bed, private facilities, private flat screen tv, wired (and wireless) internet access, plus access to communal lounge with flat screen tv. Our traditional "premium properties" offer almost identical benefits to our "student-solutions" properties, but some rooms do not have own flat screen tvs and some facilities may differ. Pricing for all students at all properties is based on a set room rate per month per student based on 4, 5 or 6 students sharing a house (depending on size of house) on one joint tenancy and aims to be more competitive than Unite, Nido and University Halls of Residence. We do not let rooms on an individual basis in any circumstances. Both premium and student-solutions properties are now offered on our legendary "all bills inclusive package" which has no catches. Your use of gas, central heating, electric, water, freeview digital tv (plus tv licence), fibre-optic broadband internet (wireless + wired), plus landline phone (incoming + outgoing) is free, unlimited and unmonitored. All properties are HOUSING ACT 2004 COMPLIANT and benefit from gardens, natural wood floors + wooden blinds, plus smoke + carbon monoxide alarms. PLEASE NOTE: All houses are owned and managed by us.
