However we know that last year (2007) we saw over 300 students in just 14 days at the end of April and the start of May. Every year it is impossible for us to accommodate everyone, and we have to turn  such good student tenants away!  

We know that many of you will have friends and colleagues who all wish to live close by each other. We wish to make your search as stress free and easy as possible. Therefore  this year we are pleased to recommend GW Rentals as our only preferred alternative student landlord.

Although GW Rentals is a quite independently run and managed business from place homes, you will find that the standard of accommodation  and integrity is equally as  high as we provide, and that they have houses close by, with some houses even in the same roads as place homes.
