Every year it is impossible for us to accommodate everyone, and we have to turn good quality student tenants away!  

We know that many of you will have friends and colleagues who all wish to live close by each other. We wish to make your search as stress free and easy as possible. Therefore we are pleased again for 2010 to  continue to recommend GW Student Rentals as our only preferred alternative student landlord and to co-operate with viewings.   

Although  GW Student Rentals is a quite independently run and managed business from us,  you will find that the standard of accommodation is equally as  high as we provide, and that they have houses close by, with some houses even in the same roads as us.  

Like us,GW Student Rentals  are members of the LLAS  and NLA  and they are  therefore  our ONLY  recommended alternative student landlord for 2010.
