If you are a private tenant who currently rents directly from place homes or place4students in London, you can raise an email ticket for non urgent repairs  and/or administration by clicking here, or you can call us on 020 3137 5566 and raise a voicemail ticket.  

It is also possible to send a text message to our email system direct from your mobile phone by sending a text to our multimedia number*  02031375566.  

(*multimedia numbers  accept  telephone calls and sms text messages. sms text messages  sent to our multimedia numbers  are delivered to our email system. Just send an sms text from your mobile phone at  your standard rate, including any free texts in your call plan.)
